I definitely have more energy, but perhaps a bit too much, as I have trouble sleeping!

I've been talking Vital Reds daily now for 3 weeks. My biggest change I've noticed is my gut doesn't feel all twisted up inside which is such a better feeling. I'm hoping to add to this noticeable benefits list in due time.

I have been on this product for less than a month (still on my first jar). I have always had digestive issues and when I first began taking this product I had an increase of intestinal discomfort, bloating, etc., but decided to stick with it until my gut decided to cooperate. My digestive issues have continually improved as time has gone on, I am almost through with the first jar and have purchased 2 more. By the way, I love the taste! I feel more energy and it is almost as if my body is saying ""thank you, thank you"".

I've been using Vital Reds for about a month now, pretty consistently a dose everyday with the exception of a week when I went on a cruise. Although I feel that I'm eating more, my weight has not gone up but slightly down. I add a scope to Muscle Milk, mix with milk and fruit and drink it usually after a workout. On non workout days, I'll drink it before or after a light lunch. I honestly can't tell if it is affecting my energy level but I do have enough energy for a fairly intense one hour + workout which is not bad for a 76 year old man. I'm still in the testing phase. Since I want to give Vital Reds a fair chance, I've ordered 9 more bottles. After 9 months, I should know for sure.

Just finished one container. I have noticed less cravings and really enjoy the flavor of Vital Reds

I used Vital Reds for a month. Prior to that I had used Energy Renew I think for 3 months. I feel the results were about the same. I have gone back to Energy Renew because it is much easier to mix and I like the taste better. As I said the results seemed to be the same for me. Both definitely work for me.

Can't tell if they are making me feel better but, I just enjoy the color and the ingredients!

As with many others I have a sizeable drop in energy early afternoon and then again early evening. I have tried a number of other natural tablets and powders that all claim to be able to resolve this and all have failed. I have only been using Vital Reds for a couple weeks but have noticed an immediate improvement. There are still days where I experience the afternoon drop in energy but this may be more to do with the night before. At this stage I am definitely continuing to use Vital Reds and if the results stay as they are or ideally improve I will be a repeat customer and the rating will move to 5 stars.

I also had a period of time between orders where I did not take the vital reds.... when I started again, the positive results were immediate. My only fear is that one day this product will be unavailable, like so many things in our lives. in my opinion, this excellent product does what it claims, and truly exceeded my expectations. It's been 2 weeks since starting vital reds. I did notice a kick of energy after drinking it. I believe I have less inflammation. I don't see any evidence of looking more youthful. I'm starting to sleep better.

I've tried the product for the past three months and I love it. I feel sharper I feel MUCH more energetic and more focused. I know it's helping me I can definitely tell a difference. I feel a lot healthier when I take dr Gundry supplements and advice.

My name is Tammi and I wanted to thank Dr. Gundry for creating such a great product! I have been using Vital Reds for 3 weeks and love the flavor and gut health results. My energy levels are amazing!!

I honestly cannot say that I have experienced benefits from Vital Reds. Currently I am taking Bio Complete, Total Restore and Vital Reds. Like most supplements I don't recognize results. This is my second month taking Vital Reds. I didn't have recognizable digestion issues before I started. Although my diet is pretty good I feel like I am not getting enough fruits and vegetables so this seemed like a great supplement. The taste is good. I like to mix it in a plastic water bottle for convenience. I can take it with me and I can shake it up periodically as needed. I wish someone would tell me if the combination of the three items I take currently are redundant? The concepts of the damage related to Lectins and the benefit of the Polyphenols is what sold me on your products, but honestly I cannot say that if I stopped taking them today I would feel any different.

I have been taking vital reds for about 6 or 7 years. It has helped me tremendously. I was looking for something to help me with the hurting that I would wake up with in my stomach. I am assuming that I had inflammation or a leaky gut. For severe years I tried different supplements and probiotics for my gut, but nothing solved the issue until I took Vital Reds. No more pains in my gut. My digestion is so much better and the bloating is also gone. I also experience more energy with this product. Thank you Dr. Gundry for an amazing product that works for me.

I have been using the product for almost a month and have seen an increase in my energy. i do feel that my gut does feel better and I would recommend this product.

Thus far, the probiotics are great for resetting my gut to begin to eat more healthy, by helping me eliminate my binge, junk food splurges. The vitamins and minerals in Vital Reds noticeably help energize me throughout the day. At the onset of a cold, I make sure to take an ample dose, at night, to power me through the next day.

The product is ok...to tell you the truth we have not seen any effects of the REDS or MCT Wellness..no weight loss or anything else for that matter. Will continue with what we have on hand but probably will not order again.

I've been drinking vital reds for a week now. Although my energy level seems to be up a bit, the most noticeable improvement I've experienced is better digestion and less bloating. Will definitely continue ordering this product.

I take vital reds every 2 days and let me tell you its literally better than caffeine I don't know how I functioned with out it an I'm only 27.... my mom in her 50s literally love the stuff and my dad who's not the healthy thing steals scoops when know ones looking. Bottom line it works it works so well family members will want some!

It only took a week to fully experience the energy and lightness in my body after taking Vital Reds. After a big move across the county both my husband and I were feeling really sluggish. I shared the Vital Reds with him and we both have enjoyed the benefits. He is a master swimmer and I practice yoga. We have now added outdoor walks to our routine!

The product is good, it gives me a bit more energy & mixes well with water/etc. you mix it with. The biggest issue for me, is the cost. It turned out to be a bit more costly than I realized.

I either pour a scoop in a bottle of purified water or in my green smoothie which I have nearly ever morning which I use as my artificial sweetener. I will be trying it when I bake snacks like cookies and brownies

I think it is helping, but time will tell. I have had non-stop diarrhea since my gallbladder was removed in 2019. I have tried everything and seen many doctors, but NO ONE has helped me I take pancreaticenzymes with all meals and many other supplements. Nothing has stopped this. I am 84, incotinent due to pelvic prolapse, and retired RN 4 years ago. The diarrhea is now not total liquid since I started Vital Reds.

I have been taking this for about a month. It is too soon to see any health benefits, but it tastes pretty good and I like that I am getting all the nutrients of fruits without all the calories and expense of fresh fruits. My only complaint would be that it is kind of clumpy and doesn't mix fully. I have tried with slightly warmer water, which helps a little.

I really feel healthier when I add vital reds to my water to go play tennis. I play tennis a couple times each week. Some days for 3 1/2 hours! Vital reds gives me the energy to play that long and it's so satisfying I don't feed hungry. I love Vital Reds taste and have shared it with many of my friends when asked, what's in your water bottle! Love this product.

I have taken Vital Reds for several years now. I am not fond of fresh vegetables or fresh fruits. That said, since I have been on Vital Reds I have had wonderful blood test results. The last test the doctor said, ""Your blood test results are impeccable . . .better than my own!"" Additionally, I haven't had so much as a cold for at least 10 years! For these reasons I use Vital Reds daily, mixed in orange-flavored Metamucil. I am 75 years old.

I'd been thru a year of cancer and my medical recovery was spectacular, but still my body was weak from the experience. At this point in time I began taking Vital Reds I also began a program of exercise to recover my strength. My progress was excellent in my regimen of elliptical machine, jump rope, and sprinting. Unfortunately I cannot tell where this might have led because I had to give up my regimen in favor of devoting my energies to helping 9 people move (including myself). That I was able to do this at the age of 76 speaks miracles to where I'd been just a year ago. Nonetheless, my irregular turn in activities left me unable to measure my progress as related to taking Vital Reds. Life is often very complicated.

I ordered 6 containers of the Vita Red for my wife and I to take. We always do this on new products, so we have enough time to test any thing new. Plus, by both of us doing it at the same time helps to see if it works for one person and not the other one. We saw no change at all. it must work for a lot of folk, just not us. It has been a while since we tried it out. I would try another product, if Gr Grundy has something I was looking for.

I have been drinking vital red once a day for the last month and my energy is fantastic. I can't wait for my cold drink of instant energy and the feeling of well-being. Thank you for such a high quality product that really works.

An easy fast formula

I have only been taking Vital Reds for a month now. I feel better each day I plan on continuing with Vital Reds to get the maximum benefits.

Been taking this product just as it says to. My husband has been taking it also. My doctor said my cholesterol and sugars have gotten better and was very impressed. Anxiously waiting to see what my husband's appointment says.

I use to take Vital Reds several years ago. It is too sweet for me, but I gave it to my son-in-law, Tut Brown, who loves it! He said every product he has purchased from you has been outstanding and worth the money! I agree with Tut about most products I've purchased has been outstanding; but the Vital Reds (which I gave to my son-in-law) and the Chocolate Shake (which I returned to your store) (thank you for return of product and money) are products I cannot take for myself. I tried to respond about the BCAA above, the system would not come up. I'm only in the 1/2 bottle stage of my 3 bottles of BCAA and find my muscles are not hurting as much and my bones appear stronger. My energy level is starting to work miracles., but I had to stop taking them until after my cataract surgeries on 19 and 26 Jan 2023. Hopefully, I will return taking my BCAA capsules! I take my dose daily immediately after waking and if I forget then I feel pretty sluggish and tired. If I take it like I should I feel energized and more ready to face what needs doing that day. However as I do more I tend to eat more as my weight keeps fairly steady which I had hoped would go down. I agree that taking VR's, makes me more energized and ready to face the day, but the weight management is a little off.

I put it in my coffee every morning. I always feel better when I use it.

I'm happy to add to my last review. First of all I'm commenting on my complete order which includes chocolate, vanilla and vital reds, instead of doing them all separately. Secondly I have to say the unsweetened almond milk makes such a huge difference! I found the chocolate to be very good, the vanilla is ok, however very good with the vital reds mixed in and again with the unsweetened almond milk. Oh and they do get much creamier as they sit!

Vital Reds was easy to work into my morning routine, first thing I drank in the morning. I did skip a few days as I was away. My energy level was good, my stomach was not as bloated as I usually feel. It did curb my appetite alittle. Of course I need more then a drink loose weight. All in all it was tasty. I would order again, hopefully at a little lower price.

I have been using vital reds for 1 month now and I've definitely noticed more all day energy! For about a 3decades now I've been waking at 5 am, I make my coffee go sit in my recliner watching news and weather, I usually drift in and out of sleep or snooze for about an hour before getting ready for work. Since starting vital reds I can barely get thru the coffee pot brew before I start feeling energized! In fact, I can't sit still! I find myself getting moving doing cleaning or some chores around the house at 5:15am! With all the new energy I've even dusted off all of the exercise equipment in my basement and started using it doing a solid 1/2 hr workout every morning! I have an 8 Oz. Glass of water with one scoop of Vital Red first thing in the morning, it really gives me a boost of energy to start my day. I love the taste, the extra energy and it has improved my skin. ,I would highly recommend it to my friends.

I take so many of the Gundry products. I consume VR every day around 5-6 pM with an 8 oz. glass of water with Power Phenols, Active Heart, Longevity Max, and, Lectin Shield. My problem with reporting and making a value judgement is that I consume the products to maintain my health. Then added to this, I also drink another 8 oz. glass of water each morning with: Primal Plants, 24 Strain, Bio Complete, Total Restore, Mushroom Vitality, and, beginning not long ago- C15 Advantage. So the obvious question arises- ""How good or reliable is my value judgement regarding VR when I consume so many Gundry products? Being 82 years old, I realize that my days are numbered, so I have be concerned about diet and the dietary products that I consume. Note: C 15 has had an immediate affect on my long aching foot. My concerns extends to my wife, Sally, as well, She consumes some of my morning supplements but is not enthusiastic about taking them. Sally's sister, Ella, on the other hand, is all in on the Gundry products which I supplied to her in Victoria- they consist of my morning fare but with VR and Lectin Shield with Energy Renew later in the day. In 6 months she has lost 32 lbs.

First, the taste is very good. I feel better just knowing that I get my Daly intake of fruits. I do mix sometimes In my smoothie with a banana, and some blueberries. I cross country ski when the weather permit, and feel Like stronger and younger. My 74 years of a buisy life are not bothering me like it did last year, even when I walk.
