Definitely has made a diff energy-wise. Not the glittery, speedy feeling some products give. This is more even sustained energy. Very pleased!

So far soooo good Looking forward to see how I feel after three months

I have been taking this product about a month. I am also taking Lectin Shield and Total Restore. I started taking them at about the same time, so I don't know what difference any one product is making. I am feeling good, plenty of attention, energy and stamina, and have not regained weight that I lost on an Optavia plan even though I am eating a more normal diet. I would be interested to know whether I need all three products from Dr Gundry. How can I tell what I need?

This product works! I have been taking it for a couple of weeks now and I am feeling great! I can feel the metabolic effect and my waistline is shrinking. I am about to order three bottles of the product. I also use ProPlant shake on a regular basis.
